Agreed, like i said before, I am pretty sure this is a hoax, but I am prepared to hold off on judgement until i find out more about the document but if we cannot find the original let alone any sources for it then i think its safe to say that it is a clear hoax.

The G8 or even G20 nations probably all knew in advance something was going to happen to trigger operations in Afghanistan, but probably not all knew exactly what. On 9/11 the top power tier of the G8 nations knew whom set the events in motion of what they just saw, but I bet Germany knew as much as Israel or Saudi Arabia what was going to transpire and whom funded it.

BUT I am not aware of such an article. There was advance warning that has not been acted upon, I am just not aware of that specific article and I know German. If you present an article you should also present the source.
