A drunken boy was arrested and will be charged with arson after burning down a synagogue, according to police reports in Israel.

Kiryat Malachi Police said that they arrested a 13-year-old boy for allegedly setting a local synagogue on fire. The suspect, who was under the influence of alcohol, tossed an incendiary device into the synagogue.

I don't see any reference to the parents being charged with negligence. Whats up with that?!

He may have a future in the armed forces.

Why the parents? Kid was 16. You know right from wrong at 16. Drink or not he was in possession of an incindiary device.
