Reptiles eat mammals, birds, other reptiles/amphibians, and even large insects. They have a large menu. Dangle something on a string that a reptile might eat, in front of one of the reptilians, and see if they go for it. Then you would have a better idea. If they don't go for it and ask you what the hell you're doing dangling a mouse in front of their face, just tell them "you're clean...thanks..." and walk away. It might be the only way to know for sure.
