What kind of trademark/licensing fees would one have to pay to have a ATS themed streaming TV channel?

It would feature HD content based on the paranormal, ufo, cryptozoology, conspiracies, etc.

Would this be legal or would I get sued by the website administrator/owner.

Example:
www.ats.tv

An embedded html5 video player with h.264 support streams live video to the user. The channel has CPM video ads like regular television(make money off the ads and pay for regular operations). Only problem is getting funding for original content(produced television shows, radio simucasts, interviews with steven greer,Jim Marrs,George Knapp, etc) and server bandwidth.

Its a good concept but is this realistic for mass casual appeal?

I am about to make an announcement (hopefully next week) about a new collaboration with an up and coming videographer/filmmaker and his production company.

To answer your question, if you want to license our trademark you'd have to put together a proper proposal and a business plan for us to look at. If we felt it was going to be done well and we were getting value for our TM, all the years and hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of dollars we've spent building this site and its audience we would consider it of course.
