No...

Santa is real and Satan is fake. So, no conspiracy and no need to shake. Holy rhyme..!

Would you care to elaborate on this a bit more for us? I've never heard of this. Have you any links or more info on what you are trying to make us aware of? Or think about?

Santa is biblical....Satan is also biblical...they are two different ideologies in their own category.

If you mix around the letters...Santa = Satan

He knows when you are sleeping.

He knows when you're awake.

He knows when you've been bad or good.

He also keeps a list of Who's been Naughty and Nice.

Well I don't believe Satan exists so personally I would say no.

That said, I always thought "Santa Claus" was an amalgamation of differing names and visual descriptions from various mythologies and folklore. So if this connection is based on the name "Santa" and the color red…. that seems like a rather weak case to me.

Since I am not too familiar with this can you expand more yourself on how you're making the connection?

All the experience i have is someone telling me that santa was good and gave me presents. If we are the belive the agenda some powers seek to have over us, why not questions this.

Its just a fact that we have all blindly, well most of us accepted fed as children to grow up as adults

No science just symbology.. and its pretty important.. who named him santa .. whi is in mainstream.. and why so similar to satan

ive no answers just rasing eyebrows as we all know from other means that symbology is important

Ill leave it with someone else, but certainly made me think twice

Oh.
I was hoping you had some juicy material to read and get my teeth into and get my mind going. But still, another topic to put on my 'To be researched' list.

Hopefully, a few more people will have some more insights. Or maybe not.

Hmm..

The children's good behavior is reinforced by receiving a reward aka Christmas present.

So the idea here is the children with bad behavior are missing out on that reward, and that's evil or fear-based?

Well I believe in this kind of punishment. Keep teasing your sister and you're getting your Xbox 360 taken away for the day. It beats (excuse the pun) the alternative form of punishment…

In fact, based on the common descriptions attributed to the punishment of Christian Hell, I would think this Satanic Satan would prefer a much more direct and deliberate form of punishment for the bad kids then the negation of reward...

His name was Saint Nicholas ...not trying to be rude but you could search the internet and find out who he was.
Here's one link www.biography.com...
He was a man who gave to the needy and it flourished from there.

At first I thought it was wrong to tell my kid that Santa was coming but it's fun for him. I told him last year at age 7 that Santa was pretend and told him about the real man.
Eta--also as a kid I had a blast with thinking that Santa was coming. And when I found out that he wasn't real, Christmas was still the same...I celebrate Jesus' birth.
And pretending is fun...being young at heart is more fun than being 'grown up'

In Haitian culture Santas equivelant is "uncle knapsack or uncle gunnysack" and is like the boogey man or the embodiment of terror and eats naughty children, the good ones gift is they dont get eaten I suppose

When I was little, we were read the story of Santa Nicklaus who showed kindness and generosity to little Dutch children at Christmas by filling their wooden shoes that were placed in their entrance porch. I think it was Coca-Cola that promoted the name of Santa Claus on this side of the ocean and the rise of materialism became popular by focusing on what the children wanted to receive as gifts. Then the jolly hoho man in red became Santa. At least that's the debate we had in school. So in that sense, Santa Claus is indeed drawing us away from the purpose of the feast day if we focus on the material side of things rather than on the meaning of the nativity. So yeah, Satan and the merchants now seem to own Christmas more and more as religions dim somewhat.
