Uncle Jed

I am absolutely madly in love with this band that just won Australia's Got Talent 2013 !

So much so, that I felt compelled to make this thread so others might savour in the beautiful sounds of this group.

Luckily, I just kind of fell into one of the videos on Youtube by accident and gave it a listen... and I am literally overwhelmed right now with a feeling of thankfulness to have come across their music. I can't remember the last time I was so blown away by someone's music that I heard for the first time.



They're a family trio: accoustic guitar, piano, and lead singer

The harmonics from the guitar, the delicate touches with the piano, combined with the lead singer's angelic voice is awe inspiring to say the least.



World, meet the newest up and coming big name in music:

Uncle Jed (named after the lead singer's father)


I'll be the first one standing in line to buy their cd the minute it hits the stores here in Canada.

Can't wait !

Dang, I just changed the youtube video to their original audition, same song though... but I think the clearness of their audition gives a better idea of the beautiful sound coming from this band.
