It reminds me of the top gun anthem but slowed down and more instrumental, not so much electric guitar sound.

Okay I retract my earlier sentiment. Honestly couldn't even hear the music much behind the guy talking. Sounds much better hearing it by itself.

I don't know that tune, but the first two instrumental phrases that rise clearly out of the drone structure is the same as in the song, "One day I'll fly Away" sung by Randy Crawford.... bar the first note, very apt Astr0
