Hi all,

Last night on NBC there was the airing of episode 7 of the series Revolution.

The episode name is "The Patriot Act".

Just before the program started, there was an advert for the Masonic Cancer (fund? center?). Sorry, I wasn't paying attention until the final scene.

The closing video sequence was of a large masonic seal. Then three monarch butterflies fluttered into view and came to rest on the seal.

I have not been successful in finding this on line and I didn't record it.

If anyone can locate this on the net then please post it here.

Thanks in advance :-)

Funny you should mention monarch butterflies. Have you seen the series Under the Dome?

They are a big part of the storyline in that show.

the prosaic answer :

the ad was presumably for the masonic cancer centre , based @ the university of Minnesota - the state butterfly of Minnesota is the monarch - and finally the cancer centre makes " butterfly awards " awarded to volunteers at the centre

its very easy to overanalyse things

Thanks for the info. That certainly explains the pragmatic justification.

Bizarre timing though. It doesn't fit the demographic, and it was prime time. Days of our lives, Dr Oz, Oprah etc would have met a more receptive audience.

Thanks for the link. I'm not looking for the episode though. I'm looking for the advertisement and transition into the episode.
