What Happens When An Entire Population Is Just Sick Of Love/Sex.

Well it's because they got rid of the Geesha's and replaced them with the Gaysha's.

I read up on this problem in other articles, and I saw this Vice.com article on it.

I'm going to say that Japanese pop culture is a big problem behind the lack of interest in relationships and sex in Japan. The young grow into this environment pantheon of candy coated, sensory overload entertainment.

Walk down the streets in that country, and you see it, your eyes can't escape it. Whole buildings are lit up smorgasbords of colorful, bright, cheesing cartoon characters and models. When you have the young generation inundated with such pervasive entertainment culture, with large part of that culture catering to a growing man's every sexual fantasy in the forms of anime cartoons, games and virtual reality programs for your hand held device, computer, or videogame system, sexual replacement devices and toys, anime manga... yep, the young are going to be preoccupied with connecting with their entertainment world.

It's much easier to connect with a virtual reality girl that you customized yourself, than with areal girl you met on the street or at school. And the fact that the youth are brought up from very young in this insane pop culture, they do not connect with the opposite sex well. Their ignorance and shyness is too great for them to even want to overcome. So they just comfort themselves with fantasy.

Fantasy is reality for the young down there, it seems. That's my take on it.

Japanese calls these herbivore mens. They are more intrested grooming themselves than being intrested about opposite sex.

Sounds kinda like them 'metrosexuals' the USA seems to be producing so many of these days.

I don't understand it in any way, but it has been something of a benefit to me. In the 90s there was a public attack on all things traditionally manly. A lot of guys changed their ways and became civilized to a fault. Some of us embraced the idea that we were just a bunch of knuckle dragging cavemen and decided never to change. I'm happily married and I do think of sex every 90 seconds, look a pretty girl from head to toe when I see one, and would struggle greatly with the "choose between having sex but dying 24 hours afterward or be abstinent for the rest of your life and live to be 110" question... (I lie, I'd be dead before tomorrow's sun set and I know it.)

I'm willing to bet that somewhere in the Japanese countryside are young Japanese adults getting busy like rabbits. The problem isn't the culture, it's the civilization and urbanization that is the problem.

Thanks for that, as I am trying to state clearly , is that this isnt about over population, or the need to dye people off because we are getting to "crowded" in the world.

This is about an entire population, that in 50 years will be cut in half, because they no longer want to interact with each other, because its easier to love a pillow, or a girl that is on your screen then to interact with a human, or the opposite sex.

This isnt just the men either, the woman are the ones that pay the most money to never have to go home with a man, but just have a conversation for an hourly price. It may not be a problem for many of us today, but this will spread.

This is about people not worrying whether they die alone, but not leaving any other humans in placement. This is the beginning of a great sci-fi film on how people no longer needed other humans, how replacing another person became easy and no one cared... at first.

This is going to seem lame, but I am going to say it regardless.

I have not been particularly lucky, where affairs of the heart are concerned. I have given myself completely to persons with whom I should not have trusted my heart. I have been broken on the rack, and had to re-build myself from the crushed remains of myself, after relationships have collapsed. It can be painful, confusing, depressing, and terrible to be in love.

And despite all that misery, I do not think I could live in a world where love, where romance, were anachronism and nothing more, just a historical reference, rather than part of the continuity of life. I certainly do not base my entire life around matters such as these, because I know that love of the healthy and long lasting type is so fantastically rare. But to live in a world where rather than merely rare, the entire concept of love and romance is utterly alien to the majority of people in any real sense?

I could not live like that. There must, at least, be hope. If there is not even that, then all human endeavor becomes nothing more than a power point presentation, light and colour, but no joy.

They've moved beyond sex. To me, that is definite evolution. Humans are too preoccupied with sex.

You gotta wonder what the full effects on body and mind of dropping 2 nuclear babs into thier DNA will do, in the long run...

I've researched their culture, based on my love for Inuyasha, which knew immediately it was a woman who made this wonderful story, and the redemptioin of Sesshoumaru, through the eyes of his adopted little human girl. Twas a delight. In North Amercia you get Xmen and macho stuff shoved down you left right and center. And its a controlled media, but in Japan, you author and create/draw, the whole thing and its very unique, wide open market for ideas. If I was younger, I would have put out a graphic novel, love them, or a magazine with several stories you follow, and then slowly finish some and add more.

So I did some research on this and it appears that the men are still assuming the traditional rights, ie. marriage, then drinking late and possibly affairs, and at the moment of marriage, or at least childbirth, women are expected to quit their jobs, so they become powerless without a voice, while the other things occur Well, Japanese women are not docile, they earn money and expect an equal relationship ,shared housework at home, and because they don't want that traditional marriage, birth rates and marriages are falling.

In Japan, so desperate for increased rates that even in the papers they were promoted teenage pregnancies.

The gay literature, and music even, stemmed out of female authors and support, because in a Counter Movement to the traditional limiting expectations of men, women started to see homosexuals as their best friends, and as a man who would be equal in housework, of course they're not realizing that those men like men and wouldn't be hanging around sharing their housework. However, its a reaction.

The "powers that be" need a rapid decline in population but don't want to look like it is "man made".

Why does the world need it, environmentalism, NO, but because soon

robots and technology will be eliminating most jobs.

The 3D printer, once perfected will eliminate 3/4 of manufacturing jobs. Already nearly every aerospace item has 3D printed parts. And yes, 3D printed metal parts. The 3D printer will be on best buy shelves within 3 years at a cost lower than most high end computers.

When robots can clean better than humans, manufacture better than humans, then the need for humans to support the "powers that be", then excess human beings are no longer needed for the people who run the world on such a massive scale that we have now

How to acheive this: these are NOT moral judgments, just facts.

Get people so addicted to porn, that real sex becomes nearly impossible, and epidemic even in the US. My husband does a lot of marriage counseling and sees this quite frequently.

Glamorize and socially sanction and promote homosexuality through saturation in the media TV/Movies. This will reduce the surplus population.

Allow misogyny and promote it as culturally acceptable; ie leave the cultures that oppress women so badly they euthanize and abort female infants; and females would rather kill themselves than marry. It is little known that in Iran fathers who love their educated daughters are not forcing them to marry, they too are having a decline in population. One Arabic country is going so far as to actually build a city for women only, no men allowed. This will attract many women whose fathers don't want their daughters beat regularly by spoiled and self-indulgent men with no self control. The spread of Islam will quickly increase the number of females who refuse to marry and their fathers love them enough not to force them to.

Allow and sanction pedophilia (there is a movement afoot to do just that), this will so terrorize a generation of young people into hating sex that they will choose chastity over relationships

Allow or turn a blind eye to sex selective abortion. It reduces the population faster by ten folds because of the societal preference for male children world wide.

Don't be fooled that this a a phenomenon.
It is planned by the leaders of the world to reduce the surplus population that will not be needed in the future.

Already socialized medicine and Obamcare will/does so limit healthcare to seniors that the senior population will be reduced much faster than before, all in the name of "good" healthcare for all.

The future NRE just may be a stranger thing then people today are able to comprehend.

You know they say the Japanese are usually a bit ahead of the times then most cultures are. In and as a social experiment i would even say they and there society is more concentrated and in a smaller pool, and even because of such things as the fact they live on an island. Out here in the west, well things are more dispersed and diluted over a farther range, so it will take longer for such symptoms to show. But if you look its not that hard to see them here as well.

It is quite possible to replace human to human contact or to disassemble it through a technological medium, its not only feasible I can think of a few way of which it can be achieved and even in one or two generations. In fact most people live in a self created cloud of memetic patterning, its easy to see everywhere and especially in women in fact and dont take offense. But most of them are just reliving and constantly recreating constructs which only really exist in there heads, and a lot of them constantly replaying something which they seen on the TV or read somewhere. Though the same can be said of men albeit in a different matter and to a different tune.

And there is nothing wrong with that, but there in lies the crux, as all of it is merely just a product of our minds, literally what we believe, is what we see, and what will be manifest albeit in certain ways, and relationships are merely people being able to fit themselfs into that mental makeup that they have in there heads of how things should be. Which is why people look for other people in relationships who have certain traits, its all accommodating to a set pattern they have or has been placed in there minds, by such things as social pressures and social conditioning among other forces. And when reality hits and they find out that it was all in there heads all along? Well that's what divorce lawyers are for. Another common trend in the western world. Bad matchmaking.

The lines between reality and what one considers real are pretty blurry now a days more so then in past generations, and as you seen in some societies more so then others. So yes in a way technology can take and supplant the human bonding instinct, of that there is not a doubt.

The Japanese and there lifestyles? Well oversaturation of anything usually leads to....What? Funny no how sometimes such things seem to have opposite effects then people think it would. The Japanese have a love, but hidden hate with the western society world, our society of which they try to model in a bunch of ways, just may be a drug to them in every sense of the word.

However the western world has yet to catch up to them. One day they will however, things here in the greater good ol US of A or Europe or pretty much the rest of the world have not advanced that far along as of yet.

Isn't the strange "suicide forest" in Japan too? Not only does it seem their desire for sex has decreased, but there are many traveling to this particular spot and killing themselves. I'm gonna look it up.

I have two friends that are male that have lived in Japan for many years. They both have blonde hair and blue eyes. They had absolutely no problems finding partners. I think this is more driven towards their own race. However I see this happening all over the planet. Less and less people (besides minorities) are having children. I think the next step in the USA will be to stop having relationships. Or "a brave new world" everyone will just date everyone.

I have friends in the USA who feel its just not worth the money, the time, or the drama to date females. Most females I know however consider landing a guy their top priority. Will we go down the same road? I think it will be quite similar. Also Russia has noticed the same trend and is even hosting sex camps and paying people to have kids. I am not for everyone just interbreeding and becoming one race.

Not because I am racist but because it would be boring. I love other races of people and other cultures. You visit them and get to learn something new. If we were all the same we might just turn into one big blue planet that acts exactly like Japan. I know there was also that new trend of men having sex with dolls and robots over there. Sometimes I wonder in the end if we will all end up male or female and reproduce A sexually.

It's a lot less stress IMHO. Relationships age you. This is coming from someone who has dated plenty. Been with many beautiful women in my teens and my adult life. Yeah you are super excited when you are young but I think you change your tune as you get older.

So replacing sex with video games, anime and virtual reality is evolution? It's not like they're out bettering the world or humanity.

The USA is suffering from the same problem,
but the owners of this country are masking it
through the cunning use of immigration.



Japan doesn't have any borders that people
can just walk across.
