Up to 1000 Meteors in the sky per hour !?

Thanks for the reminder.... Friday May 23rd going into the 24th Saturday. Awesome thing to look forward to.

I have seen meteor showers before, but not as many as they claim this one will have.

It should be noted that no one is claiming that 1,000 meteors per hour -will- show but that up to 1,000 meteors per hour might show.

It could just as easily be a bust and no notable uptick in meteor counts happens.

That said I am hoping for a good show and will likely have my meteor camera back online for it.
