Happy Halloween ATS!

Yes I know it is early but I saw some trick or treaters out tonight for some special events so thought (even though it is early) to get you in the Halloween Spirit with a bit of fun!! I am not quite sure when Christmas lights started being used for Halloween decorations (maybe when they decided to make bank on both holidays) but I enjoy some of the outlandishness of them anyway!! You gotta let them have it.... they have dedication!
