ATF threatens French-style firing squad for agents who leak secrets

The ATF is probably the most dangerous joke the federal government has ever come up with. They've lost cigarettes, and freely given away weapons to gun smugglers. I'm not surprised they've been threatening agents with a firing squad. Jeez, what does it take to get these guys disbanded and thrown in prison?

My way of looking at is Germany had the Fatherland, Russia had the Motherland, so it was pretty obvious things were heading in the wrong direction in this country when they started using the label of Homeland for stuff. Bleh. If that isn't a clue-stick right in your face, then what is?

When I first read the headline I thought;
Damn ATS is getting serious about the T&C rules.
Oooh!! ATF! My bad.

Then I read the whole bit.
Yep sensationalist joke.
Some members have already popped by, read a little, & walked out
with more OBAMA IS HITLER fodder.

On the plus side, at least it isn't hanging! But you're right, if this doesn't reek of dictatorship tactics, I don't know what does. I remember the last time America was under tyrannical rule. It didn't end so well for the tyrants.

Let's hope that someone somewhere has learned from history and puts this crap straight.
