Hello Mr. Aquino,

What’s your take on 911?? Was it a US government LIHOP, MIHOP, or SPYOP?

Are there entities that guard certain US power centers?

One more thing, if I may

I love your cover…the way MW is placed.

That decodes to # 46. Which is MU…. Does that # or phrase mean anything?

Hello. How many other Satanists do you know working with the government? If you could guess, are there a few or a lot?

None at the moment. If there were, things wouldn't be so screwed up.

* Note that per the Smith-Mundt Act it is a violation of federal law for US PSYOP to be directed against U.S. citizens, even if they're already brain-dead. Indeed sometimes the line between the living and the zombified is pretty hard to determine here. So these PSYOP contingency plans are still on hold pending the Supreme Court's resolution of this legal issue.

Mr Aquino,

I realize you may have have been tongue in cheek with regards to the
brain dead portion of the population. That aside; you may not be able to
answer question 1 due to classified protocol.
However please consider answering question 2.

1. While it is against federal law that PSYOP be directed against the U.S.
citizen, is it, and has it ever been used by U.S. military or known or unknown
U.S. agencies on U.S. soil, against or involving U.S. citizens?

2. What is your personal thought regarding the justification and morality
of use of PSYOP on any person, regardless of thier national citizenship,
not the least being use of PSYOP by U.S. military or U.S. agency on
a United States Citizen?

Regards,
bts

When you cease to exist in this reality (which hopefully will not happen for a long time), how would you want to be remembered?

Well, my planned tombstone inscription is:

"Seemed like a nice enough guy. Little f**ked up though."

Do you feel that you have a mission, or purpose?

Yes, Set gave me one back in 1975, which was to restart his Temple and Utter/explain the initiatory Word Xeper. Did both of these things.

Personally, as mentioned in my introduction to this thread, this year I cracked my knuckles and decided to synthesize everything I've learned and eliminate the curse of physical war. Hence MindWar. It will take awhile for everyone to get their heads around this without running screaming into the treetops; but once the fog clears away, Earth will be a much happier planet.

If so, what would 'we' have learnt from you to make you succesful in that mission?

Tell your Senators, Congresspersons, and the Prez to read MW, implement it, and quit killing people and blowing up their stuff. Time's a-wasting!

Question from Member hannibalpunic

Hi Michael, a friend is posting this for me.

I am a member of both OTO and AA. I have studied extensively Latin, Ancient Greek, Sanskrit and Egyptian Hieroglyphs. I have come to a conclusion, due to this studying, that what we know is determined on what is translated, and, more specifically, how it is translated.

Humans live on this planet in huge numbers, given that we are, biologically, tertiary consumers in a biological scheme. Our numbers far exceed any other mammal species, except for, maybe, the Norwegian rat. This, I believe, is because of our ability to manipulate our environment beyond the ability of other organisms. This is rooted, logically, within our DNA.

I have developed a theory around this peculiarity, coming to a conclusion that the only thing alive, as we call life, is DNA itself. Everything that we see around us, any thing we call alive, is merely its, DNA’s, outward projection into our 3 dimensional space, via proteins, lipids and carbohydrates. When we look at a tree, we are only looking at the manifestation of that trees DNA. Going further, DNA seems to be a 3 dimensional shadow, for lack of a better word, of a far greater multi-dimensional intelligence. DNA is this intelligence’s manifestation, how it appears, within our dimensional limitations.

My question to you is this: Is there anything special about humans, above and beyond our ability to manipulate our environment? Or is it, as has been stated many times, that the universe is indifferent to our existence?

Hello Mr. Maquino,

I am always intrigued by which prolific authors themselves are influenced by.

Could you name some books that you consider to be most interesting or remarkable within the UFO/paranormal field? Wherein compelling cases of high strangeness and high credibility are reviewed with intelligence. Personally I consider Hunt for the Skinwalker as such a book.

Thank you for this opportunity.

SkepticOverlord
In short, two planets are engaged in a programatic war, managed by computers networked between the two planets. Citizen casualties are calculated, and effected citizens are required to report to special booths for "termination."

To me, the concept of MindWar seems like it could be the seed of the idea represented in the Star Trek episode... PW evolving to MindWar which evolves to programatic war requiring physical consequences.

Could you comment on that?

There is no physical injury or death or destruction of land/livelihood whatever in MindWar. As cited in the book, its Three Laws:

MindWar
1. MW is the conduct of war without injury or death to human beings, and without the disruption or destruction of their means of livelihood.

2. While MW includes access to the human mind, this is done only to stimulate its capacity for and interest in cooperative problem-solving.

3. PW [Physical War] is the consequence of MW failure. Therefore MW must not be allowed to fail.

Think of PW as the violently irrational consequence of the breakdown of rational diplomacy. What MW is out to eliminate is the id-monster from Forbidden Planet.

Mr. Aquino,

As opposed to "PW", what makes you think mind humping your fellow man is a better alternative and less destructive than looking them in they eye and being accountable for your actions?

After all, its the PW that made you recognize that there must be a better way to resolve issues in the first place.

I see using these techniques as just another way of avoiding accountability while doing harm.
We need to see the negative affects of constantly fighting and killing each other. Otherwise we cant learn from our mistakes.

Why cant we do away with manipulating people all together whether it be physically or subconsciously?

Mr Aq.

Thanks for your time and responses.
I know you have responded on ET / UFO's etc already.

Appreciate a Yes/No response on these 3

1. Is time travelling happening now either by us, our descendents or ET/ID's?
2. Have you personally seen ET's or ET craft?
3. Can the future be seen or viewed?

Thanks so much

We hear of "Skin Walker Ranch" and hear of home infestations along with the pain that comes with those incidents. We hear Grays are Archons or they are demons. We also hear reptilians are actually running all things.
Is there any light you can shed on these things for us?

Well, you sort of lost me there. Concerning most of the people discussing "the supernatural" my opinion in much like the butler's in Dracula.

Hello Dr. Aquino,

What is your understanding of the "harvest" aka the "shift" in consciousness that is happening on this planet at the moment?

Are you familiar with the book, the Law of One, and if so, do you consider yourself on a path that is largely STS?

Are people that you have worked with, who have a greater amount of influence and power, aware of the nature of 'reality'; are they aware of the harvest?

I feel as though since Atlantis...and possibly before, those in power have always had occult knowledge and a better grasp on 'reality' than the average person. The only difference between now and, say, Atlantis is that the information is largely hidden, and a false framework has been...projected upon us in hopes to keep people distracted from reflecting inwardly and 'remembering'.

Fun Question:

IF in was inevitable that say within the next 15-30 years benevolent E.T.s would make their presence known to us in mass, how do you believe the governments (and those above) would react to the situation?

Thank you for your time!

Question: The lines between Anton Szandor LaVey's Church and the Temple of Set. Can you explain some of those differences? I have been very curious of your "real" views on this.

There's a lot to be said on this. I'd recommend going to my initiatory page and free-downloading my The Church of Satan and The Temple of Set. Consider the closing chapters of the former [and particularly my 2013 Epilogue], and the initial chapters of the latter.

Extremely summarily: The Church of Satan was socially an anti-hypocrisy statement with some very primitive metaphysics, generally limited within the Judæo-Christian idiom. The Temple of Set is socially Platonic-perfectionist, and has an extremely advanced metaphysics completely beyond J/C or any other conventional religion.

Sorry to bother you again mr Aquino.
This reply (and others in this thread) have given me much reading material.
For now I am reading TOS draft 11, which I stumbled upon in my search for Xeper.

Do I understand correctly, that your 'Uttered word' as Magus is Xeper?
And is there a relation between the 'Uttered Word' and MW?

Cheers!

Just briefly then what are your views of the law of attraction as a valid law like the law of gravity ? This would be the driving force of the magic arts if it holds water.

I believe I am very uneducated when it comes to anything to do with Satan. Being a christian myself, I simply think of it as you can choose right or evil, and to worship Satan is evil. Can you shed some light on this? I don't need an extremely long explanation, but just a very summarized idea.

Quantum physics seems to support the idea that we have a say in the outcome of probabilities just by simple observation. This claims that our thoughts decide what we experience and what our lives become. That we literally think our environment and existence Into being. It would explain how prayer is answered or how magic works. See my screen name? I am a practitioner of magic.

I was just wondering how do you see the future of capitalism and the world in general...Are you aware of the plans TPTB have for the world, and if yes could you elaborate on them please.

Capitalism has serious problems because it is inherently inequitable. It results in a few rich people and lots of poor people. The problem is that so far no one's been able to come up with an alternative that hasn't been worse, e.g. Soviet communism. There are some "mild" socialist systems, such as you find in parts of Scandinavia, but they have their own problems and conflicts, such as draining of human initiative, leading to escapism, drink, drugs, etc.

What we're up against is that humans are basically competitive animals, and that this struggle drives civilization and progress. As Harry Lime put it in The Third Man [and quoted in MindWar: "In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland they had brotherly love - they had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."

I think that the present course of capitalism is unsustainable, and that social pressures will eventually/ultimately force it to compromise with general social needs. If it doesn't, the historical lesson is that you wind up with a "snap" and violent revolution, such as the American, French, and Russian ones. This is not a good solution, because it usually goes overboard in a violently-reactive expression, and of course does not have a "better plan" in mind. So, like George Orwell's Animal Farm, it winds up restarting the same thing all over again.

In MindWar a crucial component of a MW campaign is the application of Dr. Raghavan Iyer's system of ParaPolitics, which I regard as the most effective and brilliant solution to this otherwise-endless rat-race. It's a bit complex to summarize here, so I'd refer you to that part of my book. And if it lights your fire, pick up Rag's original book on the concept. [Note: The hexagram on the cover has nothing to do with Judaism; he was personally a Theosophist.] Absolutely stunning intellect; he kicked my ass all the way through Pol Sci grad school, for which I am indebted to him.

Well, in my opinion, you got out of CAPOC while the gittin' was good. It's a political animal now with much back stabbing. I am so happy to be free and clear of that particular beast.

Obviously, you don't sit on your laurels. You've been involved in many things over life.

Just a quick question. I'm not a firm believer in religion but has the Temple met your expectations? And may I ask what they were in the beginning?
