Our Narrow Slice - A Cool Perspective Of The Human Timeline

A friend of mine introduced me to this video about the narrow amount of time the human species has actually been on this planet, which is not long at all. This video explains that many chapters of history are actually not one after another, but stacked. For example Anne Frank and Martin Luther King Jr. were born in the same year. In the 1960's we were able to go into space, but at the same time it was illegal for a white and black person to marry in 16 STATES!

Pretty bizarre. This video has a lot of cool information in it that is definitely worth checking out about the short amount of time that human beings have walked the earth, and how for ( or little) we've come.

Ya ... for as short as a time we've been here we sure have messed up the place. Good vid.
