As I said and a few others really can't understand why they left their kids on their own, this I believe is the biggest factor of their disappearance. I recently went to Greece and my 9 year old niece came with us, even though we were drinking and eating till at least 10pm she would simply sit on my brothers lap and fall asleep. Or the restaurant owners would put toe chairs together with a few cushions and she would lay down

Never did we leave her on her own and if she wanted her bed we would cut the evening short. Only because as adults we have to make changed to cater for our offspring

I think (I may get flamed for saying this) that the McCanns are running out of publicity and money

So we can prosecute kiddie fiddlers who leave the UK and go and kiddie fiddle in another country, yet we cant prosecute negligent parents who left a 3 year old and 2 babies alone in an apartment outside of the UK, why ? surely if we can do 1 we can do the other.

That is totally different, usually when we do that it is done using the legal frame work of extraditions and working with international policing partners to take down these people who are very serious and very dangerous child abusers. It is a very complex process and it targets big criminals.

There is a whole world of a difference between "kiddie fiddling" (as you so intelligently put it) and leaving your kids alone for a few hours while you go and have a meal as wrong as that may be it is not a crime in the same league as say international child pornography production.

Not really, it's still child neglect/abuse. The end result is pretty much the same. they dont have their kid and they dont know whats happened to her. Hope their meal and drinks without the kids was worth it.

Intelligence not needed, just thought i'd use the lowest common denominator, paedophile is some times too big for some to understand

I honestly think this is the start of a fit up.

Some poor middle aged sod is being stitched up as we speak.

They already have a target in their cross hairs and this is just the laying of the foundations.

First the phone records will be used to find someone in the area with no alibi.

Then they do back ground research on the target.

If they fit and enough doubt can be created they go 'live' with it and away we go.

You don't need enough evidence to convict, just enough to put a target on someones back to take the heat off the parents once and for all.

If course it won't be the mccann lawyers or the police who have done this, it will be the public phoning in giving the same name. A very simple way but almost flawless way to set someone up.

They will have to face the twins when they get older. Let's hope Maddie is found safe and well by then.
I am sure Maddie will be chuffed to see them and lets hope for their sakes she can forgive.

Even the camerons forgot their little one according to reports last year in the media. You can kind of understand that if one has short term memory issues. There are lots like that and dave and sam are no exception, apart from the fact that he is the primeminister. The Mcanns actively waited until the children went off to sleep and then #d off out!!
Simple as that. As for that cuddle cat of Maddies, why didn't she wake up wailing when she knew it was not beside her. It couldn't have been that special!!

I still shake my heads in disbelief that the Mcanns left those children in the first place and so much for their friends!!
Fine friends they are. No way would any of my friends consider a stunt like that. Sending out a scout once an hour?

I just wonder why the Smith's testimony has not been taken seriously. The father said he was 60/80% sure the man he saw that night was Gerry McCann after seeing him on the BBC news disembarking the plane when they came home. The whole family saw the man carrying a child.

I have always thought it was something to do with the parents. The poor girl is never going to be found, I feel it is too late now.

The mother has always bothered me. In fact, they both have. They have always had the look of guilt written all over there face. You could say that was the guilt of leaving the children in the first place, but meh... who even does that?

Everyone is going to have an opinion on this case. You can not help but empathise with a situation like this especially if you have children of your own. If Madeleine did have an accident in the apartment that night whilst her parents where at the Tapas bar, then you can imagine their horror. They would be thinking of the consequences for their other children should they be accused. They may have panicked and got themselves in too deep. The evidence they gave, on reflection, does not add up as far as the timeline goes.

Anyway, who knows...we will have to wait and see the outcome of this recent news.

If anyone is going to watch the BBC crimewatch tonight..they might consider watching this first.

The minute they started paying their mortgage off with the 'find maddie' fund alarm bells should have been ringing.

Just give up already.

The girls dead.

Most likley the parents did it accidently.

If not whoever kiddnaped her gave or sold her to a pedo ring and after months of very bad things killed her.

1 is most likley and and I hope it is 1 but either way she is DEAD, GONE, DESEACED, IS NO MORE, IS NOT AMONG THE LIVING.

Now take all those resources used to find her and spend them on some REAL missing children cases that are happening every day and give those kids a fighting chance.

Sheesh. Reality may suck but its reality

I genuinely believe there is something beyond the official statement regarding the girl's 'abduction' but your assertions are utter nonsense. Do you generally go round talking to your friends and family about this hogwash?

The great thing about this world is everyone has their own beliefs.

Not once did I claim these were facts.

Its not out of the realm of possibility she was sold, I mean look at the financial benefits the McCann's have received since she went missing. Even if she wasnt literally sold, they certainly benefited financially from the incident.

Furthermore, its even more likely she was exposed to pedophilloic behaviour and its certainly no stretch of the imagination to believe certain pedophile rings practise occultist rituals.

As far as Gerry McCann having details regarding the death of Diana and that being used to blackmail the Royals in order to avoid prosecution, yes that is extremely far out and I wouldn't make a habit of telling my circle of friends etc.. Then again, I would be more embarrassed if I were to be afraid to speak my own thoughts. Luckily for me, what others think doesnt rule my life.

Regardless, I said it has been claimed, not I believe that this was a fact.

All the same, here is where I first encountered the theory, hope you get a good laugh out of it my friend.

Sorry but that's some insane dot connecting. "We know you know about Diana, help us inexplicably disappear your daughter and we will cover for you." What sense does that make. If he knew something they didn't want out, which is unlikely, he would just have a car wreck. Why would they care about his daughter.

I think its likely she died while they were out and they covered it up. Either out of fear that they would get neglect charges or that signs of abuse would be discovered on the body.

Noticed the daily mail has an article calling anyone who tweeted that they should be brought up on neglect charges as trolls. Yet again it seems to be if you question the official story your evil.

They thought that by being in line-of-sight of their hotel room, they could see if there was any emergency, if any of the children woke and walked up to the window, they would see.

I wonder if the story about the mini-bar is true, that Madelaine opened the door and got trapped, or even tried drinking some of the liquids inside?

Does anyone ever think when they see TV shows about real murders, that the person or persons involved always seem to get in on the action as often as possible? Whether it is starting a search or being in one, or acting up at police and TV interviews? They are just the same and I have always thought that they were guilty from the start.
Maybe it has snowballed way beyond what they thought I don't know, just my gut feeling because if they were my kids that age on holiday, no way would I have left them alone.

Does the picture look like the father ?

Or is it just me.

One day when she is found. The truth will come out. Until then, those responsible will not be sleeping very well. ( Except maybe with the help of some pills ) .
Yes absolutely. By the way the witness Martin Smith said that the man he saw carrying the child near the beach (towards it) did look like him - he even tilted when he saw G. McCann step out of the plane in September 2007, especially the way he was carrying his toddler Sean!

I have trouble posting pics but see this: pic.twitter.com/5BTJVde3gS

What the hell is an e-fit?

Do you guys not have missing children very often there? Practically 1-2 times a year we have some little kid go missing, and usually the parents are the guilty ones.
