A funny thing happened.. by way of Ebay, hello!

I had been searching on ebay for weeks for this older model Toshiba laptop because the keyboard lights up. I finally found it Friday and purchased it for $200 bucks.

Totally surpised that it arrived here via USPS early this afternoon. This was the home page and for a moment I was frightened that its not stuff I'm supposed to see, or in any event, I would be tracked or something.

Anyway, I'm just me an avid gardener/horticulturalist now entering my 30s, born and raised in Long Beach CA, a 2000 graduate of Poly High by the way, and glad to be here now considering just days ago our government 'shut down' voluntarily, and I still don't know why or for how long and what's to come. Looking forward to find out before it hits the news here, though!

Thanks Ex, Green, Sauron, Simon, Djarums, Ptolemy, et al I already tried to do a restore but without the OEM disk, cant. Its not likethe newer model laptops that have the restore right on the hard drive or CMOS.

So far I haven't read anything that is totally mindblowing.. yet

I'm also an eBay seller. Not the one that had the old computer though. Wouldn't it be funny if the person who sold it came and welcomed you too?

I wonder what else happened on that lappy. You might want to restore and wipe the hard drive with a dedicated drive eraser application. After you try to restore deleted files of course

though i havent much time on here yet, i simply love this site. everytime i feel like I finally got a moment to go to this site, instantly i'm blown away at the type of new topics in the recent posts page.

So far no one has come forward. i think maybe just maybe they might be embarassed? by some sites that come out via web addie prediction that i wont be visiting. i dont mind at all but i ordered the restore disk on ebay in hopes that this pc will run even a bit faster not that its slow, just its an older model and i wanted only/mostly because it has a lit keyboard.

can hardly wait to be able to post my own topics.. not that i have come up with any. hmm.. maybe about GMOs, about changes over the years in produce, about ison, about apophis, about very chemtrailish skies over cali.. oh boy there's so many hot key topics for humanity i'm just now finding out on here!
