I have been charged £14 today for The Cloud on Apple for 10gb of storage even though I only use the 5gb free one. I admit last year when I got a new phone I opted in to buying it but kept checking this month and it was always just for the free storage that was ticked and used.
How do I contact Apple by email to get a refund without having to try to phone them which I know will take forever?
I do know there is a way for this but don't know the exact procedure to go through with it and any help will be appreciated.

post this on the apple forum?
call apple?

Try starting here?
www.apple.com...

Try learn more under service options, there is an iCloud link on the next page, click that then enter your serial number perhaps? :p

I did try there first but no joy. Apple make it hard to get a refund and I just want to email them direct about this but can't find the right way to do it without calling them which would cost a small fortune as I would be calling the States from the UK....

Update: guy from apple called me and talked me through the process of getting a refund and will get it within 3-5 working days or contact them if not in my bank. He was very helpful in this for me....
