count me3 among the disbelievers....

i absolutely do not believe that Putin & 0bama actually rehearsed a act... in which Putin volunteered to snap-the-whip on Syria & allow Øbama to claim he twisted Putin's arm to force Syria to comply to a Syrian CW surrender





but... Putin may have pressed the USA to finance the Syrian weapons transfer & eventual disposal (like i said in another thread several days ago)...
So... the real Sap holding the bag is the 'mighty' Øbama with a multi-Billion dollar weapons removal procedure to complete successfully

Hmmm that's a tough question. I would have to say because Putin has a brain? Not to mention a nuclear armed military.
