I don't know how this factors into what is currently occuring with the meteor stikes.
But it's interesting in that it mentions Fema region 3.

Published on Aug 25, 2013 ,This video takes a second look at ISON, specifically when Earth passes through the debris field of ISON, later in January of 2014. After some observation and trial and error, I was able to learn the geographic areas of the USA that will be aligned with the debris path from ISON which will be following behind it.

This, and variations of it, have been posted to ATS a number of times the past month.

The rational response is that, no, nothing it going to happen on or before October 1 -- the US government runs a fiscal year from October 1 to September 30, which is why all of this stuff "has to be fulfilled before October first."

Get out of your bunkers, take off your tin foil hats. Absolutely nothing is going to happen in FEMA Region III on October 1, except that the fiscal year will change and all unfulfilled contracts will be cancelled.

I know of a guy who is very high up in one of the alphabet agencies(Cant say witch one). He got a text message, he then got a very serious look on his face and left back to Virgina after leaving his wife and kids with friends. He has not returned or called witch is not like him, everyone there knows something big is about to happen or happening as he never does not say when he will be back, not even to his wife. He is so high up he has his own cell tower at home so they can reach him at any time. He is one of the few good guys left so lets pray he can do something to stop what is happening. I have told them all about this warning so my friends family will probably get headed south to their main home ( not their summer home in (Maryland) and out of harms way before the first. Their summer home is right beside that Navy depot that was attacked but this was after that.

Way to many things are adding up to a planned terror attack in the D.C. area. He blew us all away when he came right out and said that the Pentagon attack on 9/11 was an inside job. The only reason he stays is to try and prevent more BS from happening like that.

I also got confirmation that all leave was cancelled. A friends son who is in Germany is not being allowed to come home when its supposed to be his time off.

Oh no! FEMA Region III!!! Okay. Okay. I apologize for that . . . So here's my opinion (though nobody asked)

When stories such as these get a HUGE audience I tend to start questioning the validity of it. Why, all of a sudden, this is what everyone talks about? Is there something else under hand? Is this story just a way to side track the masses? Having them all expect a gloomy demise in order to distract them from another huge plan?
Anyway, here's another point of view written by Michael T. Winter on this "scary" upcoming event which I thought deserved some attention:

Well, it's 1 October and, as predicted (by the rationalists,) absolutely nothing happened.

Doomporn aficionados who believed this rot, you have a choice -- do you shrug your shoulders and just move on to the next proclamation of the impending doom of mankind, or do you say "okay, that was stupid to get worked up over, next time I'll try to be more of a critical thinker"?

Thank goodness that nothing happened and everything was just another way to get folks panicked. However, there's always some truth to conspiracies. Still, it's always best to keep calm and think rationally when stories such as this one go around. Also, to stay vigilant and never let your guard down.

I don't remember anyone saying doom on 10-1-2013... I do know that they wanted most everything shipped in by 10-01-2013. If a disaster was going to happen 10-01-2013 then you would want your 911 food and water before the expected disaster date .

This is a scary time on this planet.

I would like to bring to your attention concerning Meteorites. Are you aware of the one falling in Siberia or the recent one that killed two people in U.S.? There have been numerous Meteorites strike the earth recently.

According to the Hagmann and Hagmann report a meteorite is expected to strike the west side of Puerto Rico (no date given). Numerous news articles showing millions of coffins, black body bags, medicine and water is currently arriving by numerous ships.....non stop. The meteorite is expected to start a Tsunami with 1000 foot waves which will strike the east coast....FEMA III area.

The meteorite expected to hit Puerto Rico will be felt around the world as a great earthquake. Sounds like some bible prophecy about to come true. ('')

Alas, I always have in mind a more personally reported one.

There's a Hispanic community organizer . . . a Christian . . . in Arizona.

Janet invited her to apply for a job working for O to facilitate good relations with the Hispanic population.

The organizer filled out all the paperwork; passed the security clearance stuff--stuff O could not have passed himself. LOL--and was in D.C. in O's office with Janet for the final sealing the deal. Janet noted that the organizer was a Christian and asked her if she'd have a problem fully supporting

1. abortion and
2. anything O said.

The organizer said that she WOULD have a serious problem and therefore would not take the job with those conditions.

She returned to AZ.

A month or 2 later, IIRC, Janet phoned her and told her to get 6 months of food and water in her house ASAP. That was a few years ago.

This was related via another Christian source who knew the organizer personally.

At the time, I think that was the 2nd or 3rd such report of Janet saying such things to closer associates.

It's difficult to verify a lot of things. However, this particular source rang true to me at the time.

But then, I think, like the LDS, we all need 1-3 years of such in our homes . . . yesterday.

Then there's the child prodigy who was chosen by the oligarchy when he was 11. Worked for them and retired at age 70. They told him 5-7 years ago or so to get into his Montana mountain hideaway as they were going to light things off in a big way. They've been reaffirming such plans every year since them, according to him.

I guess I don't believe that 100% of all such reports are 100% disinformation nonsense.

That would be tooooooooooooo preposterous, to me . . . .

Therefore what, I don't know. But that just doesn't seem quite logical, to me.

I would be more worried for region one or two. The supplies wouldn't be sent to the disaster sight before hand. They would be stored nearby for easy movement into the area once it's needed. Something about the fiscal year end tells me this has a entirely different meaning. Mainly spend your budget or have it reduced as you obviously don't need it.

Here is some common sense for you. I live in region III. I AM SURROUNDED BY MILITARY. IF THIS WAS THE BULLSEYE THE GOVT WOULD BE FRANTICALLY MOVING THEIR TOYS OUT OF THIS REGION. THEY ARE NOT.Thanks for listening .

Probably more to do with the shutdown than with meteors i reckon.

They knew full well the social security and food stamps would dry up faster than a snowball on Mercury well before they shut up shop...could be why they are shifting MRE's and water to zone 3. Maybe they have information that the shutdown and increasingly hungry people will have a worse effect there or something?

This answer is not part of a hoax. October 1st is the date where allocated funds must be used. Nothing was meant to occur in October 2013. All preparations were made for a future date and for a possible cataclysmic event, most probably Ison, however not limited to Ison. In the event people find evidence or are told by people who know classified information there has to be mis-information to the public so most people will not know for certain what is coming. In this manner governments would be able to control the general population and have a sense of normalcy to the last possible moment. It is not meant to be cruel, or to depopulate as some conspiracy theorists think. One can argue by not telling the general population what is coming is depopulation but really its all about economy's and continued efforts to stockpile for the up coming event (more people saved). I am not here to argue which it is.

Think of region III as a place where there are many facilities that work with viruses such as NIH in Bethesda Maryland region III, ecoli, mers, and other nasty viruses and germs. There are many locations of concern in region III for viral outbreaks in the event of a disaster. The government would want to contain such an event and would require martial law. Buildings in a cataclysmic event tend to break up. What would cause the government to behave differently than in the past when ordering extra FEMA supplies one might ask? They never ordered stuff like this before in large quantities. This raises a red flag. There should be many red flags by now for those who see them.

FEMA region III is also the seat of power in the US and in the event of a disaster you would want that area under government control as quickly as possible. FEMA area III could be eliminated from current maps of the US along with other locations so there are other places set aside for a new location of government and the reestablishment of America.

What should one do if there is an event coming that changes everything we are use to? Well if you feel in your gut, mind, what ever.... that something is going to happen then start preparing for it just as the US government and others have done for a long time. Knowledge from the net, friends, library can give free information as how to begin.

Some might want to know how much time do I have to prepare? If you have been watching the latest events with weather, birds, fish, and animals one might think time is short. Others might say its no different than in the past. If you give a date and nothing happens then people laugh and you are discredited. Nature and the cosmos have variables that make things unpredictable so looking in the past might give clues for cycles of previous events and what to expect
