First off I'm bummed out about this condition hitting you of all people.

I agree with the poster that mentioned honey. Unfiltered-raw-organic is best.
I have a pretty bad case of CT (too many years on motorcycles) and I get relief from b-12 Of all things.
I won't presume to know what might work for you but wanted to share my remedies. Good luck sir.

During times when no insurance, and so only OTC meds, she'd take them with a Bloody Mary for more kick. But only at the end of the day, when needing to relax.
