Genetically Inclined or thought processed?

What the heck am I talking about you ask?..well,we are told that our genes carry our trait's for how we look and act accordingly.Lets say that mind over matter can alter a genetic code to alternate properties for self indulgence.

It's kind of like if you think negative thoughts,you would be physically and mentally unhealthy.If you concentrated on an even keel,the configuration of your genetic code would repair automatically by design....oh wow this is so hard to explain.....dam fluoride.

Maybe I"m thinking to much and should go run around the block a few times...

Actually, I don't see why that couldn't be possible. Through enough specific concentration, I think it could be done.

yes,that is my point.How can the possibilities be argued without concrete evidence.
