This is why I will never call the cops for a situation like this.

I would have done exactly what this man did, THEN, I would have dragged him out into the street where its the cities responsibility to clean up garbage. Maybe throw him in the trunk and drive him to the woods and just leave him there.

These types of people only escalate their thrill seeking until they make rape kits and climb into people's windows, or stalk waitresses in parking lots....

I honestly don't care if he would have died that night. One less person making the world that much worse.

He can call an ambulance himself and explain how he got that way.

Im not defending him or his act but taking a life needs some justification lol

I do not justify taking his life as such in the moment.
I do honestly believe though, that peadophiles that repeatedly attack children have no place in our society, and as their illness has no cure and they will keep on attacking, they as such should be sacrificed for the good of our society.
We should not have to live in fear for our childrens live's because "politicaly correct society" doesnt deem the euthenasia of these animals correct.
If a dog has rabies, it is sacrificed so it will not kill anyone, however the same cannot be done with these people...?? They are released from jail to kill again an again.

Maybe instead of sacrificing these people our civilized society should bring up the debate of systematic chemical castration for these type of people?

Im sorry, but i do not believe in the effectivness of chemical castration. Peadophilia is a state of mind, i do not belive it's a physical thing you can control or kill by injections. The human mind has unknown potential and could possibly overide any chemical we throw at it..
Anyway chemical castration is considered reversible once treatment is discontinued..so.
This leaves only one route open, other than prison for life, and i mean for life, until they bring him out in a box.

Gee, better still, setting aside all the vindictiveness and hatred which spawn such ideas on how to "fix" things, how about researching the reasons people do these type things.

You all might be surprised to find out who is really responsible. Instead trying to fix what's broke, figure out why it broke.

By your own defense of this individual you are saying that it is ok to have child porn on your computer because you are not touching them, just looking. No one is being harmed. People are sent to jail daily because they were "Just looking". That's all this guy was doing right? Just looking?

Yes; but there are many stipulations that go with that right...and if they are not followed to the letter..... then in your perceived defense of your property or life you can still go to jail or suffer domestic entanglements until you are bankrupt...It can even be a matter of day time or night time to render a judgment against you... Being armed and using a gun is the very last resort regardless of what you might have read.

This reminds me of the posts here where people claim they have the right to shoot someone if that person calls them or their mother a name they do not like.

How long before it is s death sentence if the cashier gives you the wrong change, a person causes a car wreck or just trespass (which we recently saw here).

Yes, I have no problem with taking a life when the reason is justified. I am not saying that taking this guts life would be justified, but I can see the reasoning behind it. Family tops all.

This perp was lucky. I'm sure that you've seen the story were a guy was punched one time and became brain dead and later died.

When i mentioned chemical castration i meant radical chemical castration (the whole lot withered away to nothing as is performed on dogs)... even if that didn't work i am sure that the inmates in the prison that he would end up in would do a good job? (Once i had finished with him that is!)

I think that would be normal Castration or physical castration. Chemical Castration is where all the parts (on the outside) still remain.

There are different levels of pedophilia as well, some might even venture into killing as well, not sure how is that going to stop them.

Just as people are quick to defend the father whose child was being subjected to a known perv, you seem to be quick when it comes to defending such.

And to add to your post above this one : I think that the major amount of people here who have posted so far are intelligent enough to understand that you have to look further and see what caused the person to become sick in the first place.

However, in my own personal opinion if this happened to me with one of my children i don't think i would be thinking about what caused the guy to become like that if he was looking through my daughters window stark bollock naked at that particular moment in time.

I honestly hope a civil war never happens here, because if the people of the U.S. were not kept under some kind of control they would kill each other off in such numbers, for such stupid reasons it would be horrifying.
