Brynne Larson, 18, and sisters Tess and Savannah Scherkenback, aged 18 and 21, are determined to rescue London's youngsters from evil spirits, which they say they are inviting to possess them by reciting the spells in the Harry Potter books.

The threesome, from Arizona, believe the spells in J.K. Rowling's best-selling fantasy series are real, and dangerous.

In fact, they see Britain as a hotbed of occult activity whose origins go back to pagan times.

Teenage exorcists who say Harry Potter has corrupted the world head to Britain armed with Bibles and Holy Water to tackle hotbed of occult activity

These 3 have featured before on ATS - see www.abovetopsecret.com...

And it is the Daily Fail.....

But to be honest as a dirty old man I'd be delighted if they would exorcise me

however on to the article - are these people on a drive to convince the world that American Christian fundies are idiots or something?? Harry Potter's spells are real?? Have they tried an "expeliamus" recently?? How did that go for them??

I agree. That is soooooo ridiculous. Some people are so brainwashed by their religion and beliefs. It's a friggin story and a wonderful, creative and inspiring one at that. I am a Harry Potter fan all the way!

Wow, the spells in harry potter are real?? how can people their age believe such nonsense... they are clearly delusional....

i predict the youngsters of london will crush the spirits of those innocent looking girls in no time....

i hope they try to get into platform 9 & 3/4... seeing those gullible young things faceplant a brick wall is the kind of entertainment commuters in London need to get through rush hour

That made me laugh, but not as much as your signature. LOL

I can't believe anyone would find anything negative to say about the Harry Potter series. It is a wildly imaginative story filled with amazing characters, mystery and whimsy, imagery and eloquence. Some people take religion to extremes and become sort of...well, brain damaged in some way. LOL

18 and 21? It's no wonder they think the world is more corrupt, they weren't sentient enough before the Harry Potter books existed.
That's no excuse for sounding like they've has been living under a rock in the back of a dark mile-long cave, though.

They should hunt down the writer and burn her as a witch....

HAHAHhahahaha.............. just kidding..........

I fail to see the difference in kids believing in a book (like Harry Potter) about fantasy and magic.... and kids believing in the Bible..... which is full of fantasy and magic....

People like this are cartoons. They are caricatures of what the rest of us think and/or feel.

Personally, I feel kinda bad for them.

I have to agree with you about the story. I'm in my 50's and I truly enjoyed going to see every Harry Potter movie with my son. It was truly an imaginary and fun movie to watch. My son and I would have many conversations about the characters and the plots. To make that movie into something evil is just down right ridiculous.

This is going to end up being a reality TV show or something. I smell a marketing campaign here.

You just took words out of my mouth, indeed this 3 moron youngsters with obviously enough money to burn traveling to UK will make the rest of American look as dumb and stupid as they are.

It only shows how education in America has gone down the toilet.

If they believe that reading a fantasy book and reciting made off incantations will make possible for possession their bodies they truly need an exorcism themselves to liberate them from stupidity.
