joe

do you see yourself in this picture.

i wonder if jeff dunham, modeled walter after joe biden

you have to be totally blind not to see what is happening in the middle east over the past 12 yrs.
there has been a push to bring the right groups into power in the middle east.

i was all for the invasion of afghanistan, to get the perpetrators of 911. even though i was not convinced that they did it on their own.

then i saw the the invasion of iraq, with absolutely no proof that he supported the terrorist, or piss poor evidence of wmd's. even back then with all the spy satellites, and the way they were watching saddam like a hawk, to believe that he trucked the supposed wmd's, ie chemical weapons to syria, is laughable.

then egypt, and libya. all these countries were torn apart by all the western nations just long enough to change their banking systems and get all their resources under the control of western style companies, and then thrown back to their own devises. so long as the money is controlled and that the oil and other resources still flow.

the biggest red flag about syria is that Al-Qaeda is there fighting against Bashar Hafez al-Assad's government. these the sworn enemy of this our country. why on earth would we go and bomb any country that is fighting them. why would we support the very same group that attacked us In 2001. and don't hand me it's not the same group, they are sporting the same name and if you research just a little bit you find that they are the same people that were in afghanistan, iraq, roumored to have had fighters in egypt at the time, libya, and now in syria.

if that doesn't make your senses tingle, then your just one of the blind patriots, who just like to wave the flag because it makes them feel good.

don't get me wrong, i'm a big sticker, i believe we should carry one and whack any one who messes with us with it. but all that's been happening in the middle east for the past 12 yrs is a orchestrated move. and we have yet to see the end of it all.

I see you seem scare, but let me remind you again, remember who is financing what is going on in the middle east. Is our tax dollars, dear, at a tune of 50 billions of foreign aid a year, western influences are the ones destroying those countries for financial private interest.

I guess you can live with the image of how many people are killed in the name of progress, national security and moral obligation.

i think that you need to think about that just a little bit.
the chances that the civil war that is raging in syria, now will not lead to a world war, unless the nations of the west decide to attack syria. which in turn provoke russia, iran and their allies.

this is a single country, that is in it's own battle and should be left to them to sort it out.
there have been civil wars all over africa that not one country did anything to stop it, the only thing that was done was the UN sent in peace keepers and we all know what a joke that is, and was.

the difference is that syria holds a MONETARY Value, as in the pipe line or if what i have read and heard is true one of the biggest oil find in the past 20yrs. that's what this is all about. and the big powers are infighting over who is going to control it.

ETA: and the things that were done during those civil wars are by far, at least in my mind much more brutal, than a gas attack, if that is possible.
what i mean is the made a habit of chopping limbs off, cutting women's breast off so they couldn't feed their children, torturing people and mutilating them for hours before killing them.
then talking their childern and making them do the same.

tell me why we didn't do any thing militarily to stop that?

Unfortunately I did think it thru this past week - and I conclude that a proxy war in Syria would indeed cause other conflagrations to the east that could cause a third world war in the east.

I hesitate to agree with Senator McCain but I do in this - hit so hard in Syria that you scare off both Russia and China - this is what I believe he was trying to say.

EMP would set a negative new precedent, kinda like gassing folks. Next thing you know EMPs are flying all over the place.
Though I do like the aspect of it being non lethal (unless you're in a plane or some such situation)

Hey Joe,
Did you seriously like just crawl out of a rock somewhere after watching CNN for 24/7???

You literally have no clue.

First off, the President is not doing what the people want him to do, and is not doing what he was hired to do. He is a puppet for Banks, Mega Corporations, and the Military Complex.

All this "Syria" business is simply to take all eyes of the unconstitutional NSA scandals, Benghazi, Fast n Furious, and the Fact that Obama Care was a bill put into place by the Insurance companies to make more money.

THe President is a big fat phony and you've been fooled into believing that this is still a democracy and we can actually choose who the President will be and have a say, but we don't. All the Presidents come from the same schools and illuminati clubs and all have the same illuminati agendas.

As long there is any kind of war, the Pupeteers make off with billions in military contracts.

You've been had, scammed, tricked, brain washed, the floor pulled from under your feet, hog washed, manipulated, lied to.

I feel sorry you believe this way and don't know the truth.

What makes you think America can scare anyone ? Are you under the impression that the US holds the only/ biggest WMDs? If its Russia and China against the US UK my money is on Russia /China. I'll bet both will step in if your idea was put into action, I also doubt many other counties will support you either.

The bully boy tactics won't work if you are in fact trying to AVOID a world war
School yard tactics IMO

So, let me get this straight. You're all for using a crippling weapon on a country that would undoubtedly cripple it, likely inciting much more fear, violence, infighting & death because surviving in a post-apocalyptic setting would be one hell of a learning curve. But this is acceptable & good, correct?

Yet, the people who don't want our soldiers to go over to muddle in foreign conflicts & add to the death count, ours OR theirs, are the bad folks?

Maaaaan, what is in your kool-aid? o.O

No

If we can shut down the electric grids we can stop the war for a time in one big move - and that one big move will deter both China and Russia who I believe have no such weapon.

I don't care who wins that war - I do care that this war not lead to a proxy fight that may indeed lead to a third world war.

Yes - scaring them might work.

this is not about Syria to me. It IS about avoiding a third world war which I think is eminent....

I can't think of a polite way to say this but anyone who believes that TPTB are actually interested in avoiding a third world war MUST be completely out of touch with reality.

I HIGHLY recommend going to the below link and reading this post:

“...this Cabal of Evil has engineered all major conflicts to further their agenda for the total and absolute subjugation of humanity. Source

Has it by chance occurred to you that by crippling a country's infrastructure like that, that you would be creating a huge wave of hate, anger & resentment for it? That is not preventing war, that is an act of war in & of itself. By making life 1000 times harder, scarier & uncertain for the civilians for this brainfart to happen, do you really expect Syrians to see us as anything but brutes? Cutting off the grid in a country with rolling blackouts already does not a savior make. Do you really think the American populace would put up with it if the civil war roles were reversed and someone else EMP'd us? No? Then what makes you think the Syrians would? And what in the world makes you think this kind of brutish move would e tolerated from our allies, neutral countries and enemies alike?

This would be a very stupid suicidal move for America.

Sorry for your loss, you're personal feelings on war in general carry much weight here. A side that I'm sure many overlook when debating their opinions.
cheers
