Actually that's about when I'd say they would happen if they don't by Sunday. I believe Thursday is a new moon.

I agree. They know its all bull# and they know they cant even concoct polished bull# worth presenting at the UN, but they are going to do it anyway.

My own impression of people I talk to aligns with the opinion polls here in UK. The vast majority are happy we are out of it so far.

With americas opinion also against, what will americas reaction be to being taken to war without a vote? Political implications or business as usual?

Most Folks here in the states are fairly well fed up with this administration (way past fed up) to say the least. We have Congressmen here that say if Obummer doesn't bring this before Congress for a vote, they will bring action for Impeachment and criminal charges. Take a look at Ted Cruz's, Rand Paul's Facebook pages and listen to the interview that Joe Biden have yesterday it think it was to foxnews.

Intelligence analysts almost never say they are certain. If they're certain it's only because the event already happened. You've never seen a group that lives CYA as the intelligence community.
