sounds like because the victim is friends with the police chief that he will let it go, i wish he would sue them for every penny they have, not the town the cops personally. but alas he cannot because the thugs in blue are protected from civil suit.

end special protection for cops and you end cop thug violence. simple as that since most cops are cowards.
