Pantheism means "all is god" and "god is all". So all individuals and all things that exists makes up "God", but really there is no individuals because God is "ONE" (Wholeness - Completeness).
If only "God" exists and only "free-will" exists, then everything is free-will including the control of others. It is God playing with itself pretending to be "different people".

God is "I Am", and its will is free will. I

If some outside force intervenes, that implies that our will is limited to some extent, and I choose not to believe in limited will.

In a world of "I AM" (Where all is "I" - absolute unity - believing all is God) there cannot be any outside forces.

This sums up my belief pretty well. There is no "outside" force because God is all that exists, God is the universe, life and everything that comes with it. Except, I don't think God pretends to be anything, God is what God is.
