Rand Paul Likes Drones -- Beer-Delivering Drones, That Is

Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., reacted to a France 24 story – also highlighted on the Drudge Report – of a drone that delivers beer to thirsty customers.

The flying booze robot drops a customer beer on a parachute after clients place an order using a smartphone app.

“Perhaps I am not against ALL drones!” Paul noted on Twitter, linking to the article.

This is not the drone your looking for.

So I figured I would post this to show people that all drones are not bad really what is not to like about a drone that deliver your favorite beverage ?

What is not to like ?

Wouldn't mind my local Papa Johns using a drone to deliver a pizza right along with that sixpack.

"Every time it drops a parachute a crowd of 5,000 cheers," he said.

Pay attention Mr. and Mrs. America it could be your future of pizza delivery.

A drone coming to a town near you soon can be not so much to worry about.

Yeah I saw a video of this drone earlier. Cute story. But I have to admit, that this is one drone I would definately be shooting down.

... Hey? I sure hope that's an honest crowd who all believe in fair play, and never drinking off someone else's beer.

My friend, the drones could be carrying bacon-flavoured beer, and I would still shoot at it.

I don't have a problem with drone tech. And Rand said in an interview on the Mark Levin Show that he supports them too for terrorists, not American citizens.
