After a bit of boasting about the success of his predictions he says -

He says global financial chaos the likes of which we have never seen is coming.
Someone is going to hit the giant 'reset' button.
Whoever has the power, will be lynching those without power in the streets.
It's not a white thing. It's not a black thing. It's a human thing.
And it's based on economics. The haves and the have nots.
He says he doesn't know the timing of this CHAOS ... but it's coming.

Oh ... and he sounded angry.

It's this fire and brimstone B.S. out of Beck that turned me off of him back before he left Fox. He started with a fusion of Entertainment and Reality and other little buzz phrases he used in radio and early TV. Then dropped the entertainment part to almost see himself as the Chosen One to bear witness and bring warning or something.

Err.... If every other broadcast he makes didn't sound like an Alex Jones follower, a little drunk on the kool-aid by even those standards? I'd listen when he said something like this. He just says is too often to be taken seriously at all anymore. That's my take..and I'm sorry to have watched him devolve this way too. He used to be a bright, generally happy person.

Now he lives in a real real dark place that I doubt he even knows how to get back from anymore.

Does this has something to do with the executive order from Obama declaring African American shall not be punished under any circumstances?

Love him or hate him - he gets some things right. He gets some things wrong too. But he gets some right. I guess time will tell if he gets this one correct OR if it's just Glenn looking for higher ratings.

I agree with you. At first he was pretty informative and had good info.
But he seems to be more into selling himself and his show now.
I could be wrong about that ... but that's what it seems like to me.

It was noticeable. I think he's really wrapped up in this stuff ...

What ever happened to that information he had that he would release within 48 hours?

You know right before that awful broadcast he had in silence, you know the one with the cards and they sad puppy eyes

That turned out to be a hoax. Glenn Beck never said that. The tape was examined and it showed it had been sliced. I can't remember for sure but I think the hoax was traced to Media Matters ... (If I got it wrong .. someone correct me on who pulled the hoax ... ) But the bottom line ... it was a hoax.

Well good, we won't have to wait long then. The old 9 to 5 every day is too repetitive for me. I don't want people to get hurt or anything. Though people living in the "civilized" world sure do need a wake up call to everything happening around the planet while waiting for the next iPhone or tablet to drop.

Actually, that story came out over a year ago. There is a new thread about it here,
but there is also a thread about that from over a year ago. So it's nothing new
that Obama said that African American children should have a different punishment
system (as in ... lighter punishments than others) ... so I don't think this latest
Glenn Beck doom-porn has anything to do with it. IMHO

That's where I am with this. I don't watch him. He's way too intense. And his TV show looked like buffoonery, even though he'd get his facts right. Some of what he has predicted or said was coming is common sense stuff. Obviously the world is going to hit a financial wall .... probably sooner rather than later.

He does get things right. And this about financial collapse is probably correct.
As for the lynchings in the streets .... with total financial collapse I'd think there
will be a lot of killings ... by a lot of different factions .... all over the world ...
for many different reasons. Chaos means chaos.

1 - Rainy day entertainment. ATS Glenn Beck threads are entertaining.
2 - If you can wade through the self-promotion and the hype, the facts that Beck puts out usually turns out to be accurate.

Is he trying to create a "prophet" out of Glen Beck?

The concept itself isn't wrong. It's human nature to collapse a society with time.

The division amongst posters in the comment section is revealing in a way.
If Alex Jones and Glen Beck are plants, they are very good at their jobs.
No unity even with those you're supposed to agree with.
