I think you have a very good idea; with all the news and issues surrounding these subjects; I think a forum would be very interesting... and a good place to go... to have all the info regarding (privacy/surveillance) in one place.

I agree, in the main "conspiracy theories" section would be great! These days, it's such a huge issue, a separate place could be very handy.
