How about other than calling me lame, you actually address the point i have made.

unless the legal definition of terrorism has changed under US law, then no, the US government does not regard everyone as a terrorist.

You can forget about the law for now, since we, (I can say that because it includes us on the other side of the pond as well as the US) are living under 'Snowdenian law' . The reality of it all so far is that the only person who has rejected 'Snowdenian law' is Snowden himself by his choice.
So if you want to talk about US law, you need to talk about something else, possibly something that includes the US constitution as well.

The patriot act wasn't drafted and passed for government sponsored foreign terrorists, it was passed so we live in a virtual state of fear, either from the boogeyman or the government and if your not an idiot and recognize the "war on terror" for what it actually is...... A complete farce by the government to institute more authoritarian and unlawful control through the federal government then you too are a terrorist.

Sure, but how terrorist are you? Because that is still a factor. They won't be chasing you up for ordering a vibrator.

I'm pretty sure the majority of us can consider ourselves not terrorist-y enough to be "on tez radar".

S&F though! US Gov deserves acknowledgement for their advancement of them, and nothing else.
