Hi All,
Although I am a student of the metaphysical and esoteric, I had never seen anything that would qualify as a UFO - until last night (July30th, 2013 -
late, around midnight).
First, I should tell you where we are - high in the mountains above a small town along the border (in B.C. Canada). We live in the forest and love the
peace and quiet, so when I first heard this far off and dull kind of hum, I thought nothing of it - until my hubby shouted for me to come to the front
deck and fast - once there, I could hear the humming drone of something...neither of us had any idea what it could be, but we both knew it
wasn't...normal.
The sound was eerie; like it went through the ground and spread out around us in a gigantic circle, thrumming and growing louder and deeper in pitch.
As we stood on our patio deck looking up at the sky, I became aware that beneath my bare feet, I could feel vibrations - this thing - whatever it was,
was strong and loud enough to 'shake' the ground. (We have had fighter jets fly directly over our house, so we have heard LOUD - this was
different).
I knew what it was before I even saw it (oddly enough, it travelled directly across the only open sky area amongst all of the trees); it appeared as a
very distant but HUGE light on a craft that was flying at an altitude far too high for any plane. It moved slowly, at the same speed, at its base
shone the single, but very large light 'flashlight', which was tinted around the edges with orange/red and which moved slowly from west to east, in
a direct line, but my feeling was it would curve off to follow the mountain range.
I could not see its shape as it was so far away, but the closer it got to being directly overhead, the louder it got. And the sound is like nothing
like I or my hubby (who is very logical and likes to see before he believes) had ever heard: it was so far up in the sky that it seemed impossible for
the humming noise to be so loud, but it was. And it made me think of being 'scanned' for lack of a better word because it travelled at a deliberate
pace - slow and thorough. It felt like something was 'imaging' what lay below.
We watched it track across the skies between a wide opening in the trees and slowly fade from view. The sound remained for quite some time until it,
too, faded away.
So - has anyone else seen/heard something like this? Especially in Oregon or Washington or B.C.? Did anyone else see and hear what we did?
Namaste.
