A 'birther' movement rises in Venezuela

Some Venezuelans are questioning the nationality of President Maduro

No birth records for Maduro have surfaced in Venezuela or Colombia... In the Venezuelan version of the birther movement, its proponents say Maduro was born in neighboring Colombia and is either a Colombian citizen or a dual citizen, either of which would make him ineligible to be president.

I was reading this and I couldn't help but laugh. I never imagined a similar conspiracy with President Obama will be happening in Venezuela with President Maduro. This is a fun conspiracy because the article points there are no birth records. I would have to look into why and was it common at the time of his birth to have no records.

What do you guys and gals think about this conspiracy. I find it humorous and intriguing.

My colleague told me he's from Aruba. Actually claimed he was born here. Although I think just his dad is from here.
