Internet WILL disappear....POOF!!!!

What kind of threat? How big do you estimate the percentage of the world that spends a significant amount of time on a site like ATS ?

The scams the higher ups pulled used to fall apart before the internet, albeight at an slower rate and then they just changed the scam.

I don't think they'll get rid of the internet. It makes lots of money, it's a great place to anonymously spread false information and to see how people will react to things.
