Before leaving the advertising industry to focus my full attention to ATS, I was an advertising executive (focusing on digital/online) who controlled as much as $90 million in quarterly advertising budgets.

I can say with absolute certainty no such thing will happen. And if you're honest with yourselves, will realize the money was poorly spent after it's all over.

People are not afraid to protest when they feel strongly about something, even if they are wrong.
Recently the Travon Matin protests come to mind.

I find the psychology of conspiracy theories really interesting, I can recall once reading a really interesting paper that reached the conclusion that some conspiracies, particularly 9/11, are actually a substitute for antisemitism. Because our modern society places anti-Semitic views alongside other social taboo's such as homophobia and racism; many anti-Semantic individuals use conspiracies as a vessel to facilitate and legitimize their anti-Semitic under the guise of being a "conspiracy theory"

If these individuals were to ordinarily say "it was the jews" they would be chastised by society, yet they can use carefully constructed conspiracies full of semantics to legitimize their views. The Jew becomes a Zionist and now its perfectly ok to say that it was the Jews behind 9/11 and they should be punished.

On the surface you make a very good point, but when you say it was the "Zionists" you imply all Zionists, yet when people say it was "Muslims" they don't actually mean it was all Muslims, and most actually call them "violent Islamic fundamentalists".

Besides the people who where behind 9/11 where Muslims, that's not be being Islamophobic its just a statement of widely accepted fact.

It was the Islamic extremists (think Taliban). I recently saw a really nice analogy which watching West Wing on NetFlix. It went like: Extremists/Taliban are to Islam as the KKK is to Christianity.

Being "anti-muslim" isn't so much racist as it is bigotry... which can include racism, but also includes intolerance of other religions.

I was using "anti-muslim" in a broad sense, namely how it is perceived now by the general public..as a direct result of 911. A swarthy guy with a cloth on his head gets on a bus anywhere in the world, and everyone thinks he has a pound of C-4 in his y-fronts. A friend of mine in Melbourne was nearly shot by the police because he was seen by "concerned neighbors" going to a fancy dress party dressed a an indian Rajah. I.M.O. it's worse than racism.....

Never heard of those guys, in fact I tried googling and found nothing.

Not only do I have nothing to do with those people, but I am willing to bet, that would be some kind of government response to discredit me.

Thanks to you, I think I know what's going on, as soon as trucks are launched, suddenly this group will show up and start doing something anti-Semitic, and then it will all be crashed on me and my husband's shoulders.

I am just speculating, but it wouldn't surprise me, I guess this would be better than offing us.
