I'm sure there was a thread about this last year even though the article is dated this year.

I cant remember what the conclusion was but Im deffo sure there was a thread a while back, maybe the news site is juts picking it up now.

I don't know what it is but it doesn't look like sun dogs.
I'm more inclined to think it's fake because it reminds me of some adobe photoshop tool's effect.
Regardless, cool to watch.
