Wish me luck I have got a new Job interview today :D

I have been applying for jobs left right and center since my current employer cut everyones hours and started giving the young people more hours (they get paid 2 quid less per hour due to their age) and I applied for a job in a care home for Learning disabilities some time back and I thought I didn't get a interview because it was 8 weeks back since I sent my application form off.
But yesterday I got a phone call asking me in for an interview
Couldn't sleep last night thinking what Iam going to say etc but Iam pretty confident that I will nail it
Eeee just think in a while I will have a job that pays me holiday pay, decent wage and I will be able to take a full week off when I need one
At the moment my place of work is screwing us all over, when I signed my contract I noticed I was only contracted for 6.5 hours per week, I questioned this and the boss said don't worry you will get full time. This was nothing more than BS, 6.5 hours was to make sure the staff didn't get a full week holiday pay grrrrrr.
Then all our hours got cut to just under 16 hours to make sure they don't have to pay anything into a pension scheme grrr.
Anyhow wish me luck Iam going for the job I have wanted for many years

You don't have to like me one bit; but, congratulations and good luck. For a bit there, I worked in sewage, literally. LOL. I worked in building sewage plants. Not much different from preaching, ROFL, taking sewage and cleaning it up. I do hope you see the humor in my comments. I used to tell people that sewage fed my family because that is how I made my money to feed my family. There is something quite fulfilling, or at least there was for me, to know that I was paying my dues and earning my way through life and I hope you get to know that joy. I've been in your shoes totally. If you were not you, I'd swear I wrote that. Listen, NEVER give up. Took me decades to land the job I just started yesterday and it's amazing in every way, mandatory overtime too

Remember if they ask what your weaknesses are, make it a positive, like, "I tend to be quite a perfectionist and it makes me ensure I do a great job and I don't stop working at a project until it's as good as it can be."

You're selling yourself. You can do this, you WILL get the job.

Thanks everyone for your support, just been in town for a haircut, Ironed a shirt (first time I have touched an iron in years and had a shave .
Positive thinking for the next 90 mins and Iam going to nail it....I must remember not to flirt though..iam a bugger for that

Just in case you can't contain your flirty nature make sure that you smell really good. The right cologne can get you very far in life, and don't forget the mouth wash!
