How to identify [a] CIA limited hangout op?

I've been looking into this Snowden stuff lately and thought I should resurrect this thread. Interesting possibility with this situation to consider, I think, that it could all be an elaborate fabrication for any number of reasons. Thanks OP! I gave you a flag.
