Facebook Introduces Video on Instagram June 20, 2013 Instagram's version will be accessed by an icon on the bottom right corner of the app, and you'll be able to record up to 15 seconds of video, using your choice of 13 new filters exclusively for the service.


Ive just looked on my Instagram and i dont have the new icon

I have a HTC, in the news part it shows some images of the new setup, and links to the google play store....im up to date but mine doesnt have the option to film video. When i click the camera button it asks what source camera i want to use and then goes into picture mode. Any ideas what i am doing wrong? Id like to give it a go, im not a massive user of the app but this might make me use it more.
