My ego? What about the OP's ego. I'm not the one claiming to be the next Messiah, nor will I ever because it's blasphemy against God.

I'll admit that what OP is stating is far out there. However, I have always known that the world would know divinity if it was shoved down their throats (because of corruption of Bible).

So, until OP says something outside of "we are all love and light and we can all be closer to god from the light inside of" I will continue to consider his words.

Jesus said he was the First and the Last, the Alpha and Omega. He said many anti-christs would come after him claiming to be him, when they absolutely were not. God told us that Jesus was the ONLY begotten son of the Father, meaning he was the only one that was divine. Jesus said he was the ONLY way to the Father. Jesus said he was the door and the only door. Jesus said he came to die for his sheep so that they could spend eternity with him. Jesus said that only his sheep were capable of hearing his voice. Should I go on?

It wasn't God. It was anonymous authors, and the priesthood voted that the book was holy and claimed that it came from either "Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John" in their so-called wisdom.

If The Pope were doing this today Christians would not trust, but somehow they trust a man in his priesthood who put together The collection of books called "The Bible" to run their lives.

You're taking it wrong out of context. He was making reference to the eternal nature of christ. Not I am the first one on earth and the last one on earth. He was also referencing the worship of Idols. But you can see it anyway you want.

He said many anti-christs would come after him claiming to be him, when they absolutely were not.

Jesus stated that anyone who claims he is not the truth of GOD is an anti-christ. Through his definition, every other religious statement is of the antichrist.

You use your perspectives of absolutes. It is not correct.

That argument is old and tired and hasn't been proven. On the other hand, prophecies from the Bible have been proven.

However, this will be the LAST time I address the issue of the Bible with a bunch of people that would rather believe heresy from every nut out there.

John 5:42-44

42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.

43 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?

Just like Jesus said, you would accept anyone else who claims to come in their own name before you'd believe him or God. I expect, just like the Bible says, that many will accept the Anti-Christ as God just for this reason.

If you knew your Bible, you would know that everyone that followed God was called the "son of God" since the time of Genesis. Only Jesus was the "Son (with a capital "S" of God). He was the only begotten Son. The Israelites were also referred to as the "sons of God", since Jesus was born into their bloodline.

Largest religion in the world? Yes.

Is the way still narrow and few walk upon it? Most definitely.

And guess what? When Jesus said that way is narrow, He wasn't referring to unbelievers. He was referring to believers.

It's a trap? No. The world is a trap. The world hates the truth, the world hates God, and because there are Christians, the world hates Christians. Because it is in your heart, and I can see it, that if given the chance you would throw Christians in prison. Whether you want to admit to it or not, that is what it is in your heart. There is not one of us who are good, not one single person.

The world is a trap because you become a slave to sin, and that sin will drag you down into eternal damnation. When you die, you won't come face to face with Jesus and have Him tell you "I never knew you." You won't even make it that far.

But know that I, and others, pray for people like you that your heart will be opened to the wonderful beauty and glorious truth of God's Word, that you may know everything Christ has to offer you. And what He has to offer isn't emotional manipulation. It's not papal decrees. It's not magick and voodoo. It's real, beautiful, awesome redemption, and freedom from the rusted chains of iniquity that keep you in bondage to your own selfishness and foolish desires.
