Police put Florida teenager on chokehold for "looking at them the wrong way."

I don't know about Florida law, but where I live, if it would have been any adult rather than law enforcement they would have been arrested. Adults are not allowed to assult children. Even if the child looks at you crazy. You are the adult and assumingly the mature one. I believe perhaps officers need to be trained differently since it seems the smallest thing puts them "in fear for their lives." I'm not trained, but I think maybe even a 16 year old could give me his most menecing look without me giving it too much of a thought. I'm just saying.
