I saw this great pic taken by a roof cam over Manhattan of 2 lighning strikes, I just thought it was a really cool pic and wanted to post it

Does anyone else notice the line going across the photo? What's that all about?

I call edited pic. I don't believe it.

Nonetheless, it's still beautiful.

Something that happens from the brightness of lightning compared to surroundings. When I record lightning storms on my cell phone the same thing happens during a strike. There are lenses or equipment of some sort that can eliminate this, but this was more or less a webcam type camera.
