I'm not assuming anything. I brought a video - a good video - and a news story to ATS. Beyond that I made no assumptions, came to no conclusions.

As to the 'picture proof' you provided? I can easily see your photo is a bug. It in no way resembles the photo of the 'unidentified object' I see in the video and still photos from the news station.

Thank you - maybe that we both posted at nearly the same moment is why that thread didn't show up on my MULTIPLE searches with the search function and searching the boards.

This actually makes me mad - I hate hosting threads in the UFO forum - and I truly looked in hopes to join in on someone else's thread - but there was nothing there. Grrr...

On the other hand? Now I can go post there and stop hosting this one! YAY!

Hoax:

The Camera360 phone app strikes again. Ohio’s WMFD News recently featured the story of a man who said he captured a UFO in a picture he took with his tablet while vacationing in California. However, the UFO image is one that comes with the Camara360 photo app for smartphones.

Open Minds recently featured other UFO and alien photos that were taken with this app and purported to be real. We were even approached at the UFO Congress by a young woman who said she had caught an alien in a photograph, but it turned out to be a joke she was playing on us and her parents using the Camera360 app.
