Bullhorns in Chicago

Is anyone else in the Chicago loop area, and heard the man driving around in a red car with a bullhorn shouting something about how today is our last day on Earth? I couldn't hear all of what he said, I'm too high up, so I was wondering if anyone else had picked up more of it.
