"Europa Report" - new sci-fi thriller!

A new sci-fi thriller is coming out soon. Here's the trailer:





We take a trip to Europa and find life there. Since it's a thriller, it's likely not friendly life. Looks a little "Pitch Black"-esque from the preview. But, still seems like a great sci-fi movie to watch. Can't wait to see it.

It looks like a book I read long ago but I see it does not mention being based on a book.

If it is related it was very good, so looking forward to this movie. Never enough space adventure movies out there.

Yep, we'll bring back that accursed monolith again if we do....

Been wondering when someone would make a movie about us exploring Europa and finding life there, though I imagined something more like the Abyss, underwater and all.
