to equate homosexuality in Canada with the above puts a person in a catagory which is far beyond a sexuallity issues

And this is why people who oppose gay marriage will fail. It is the same silly argument that was made by people who were against interracial marriage. It is like saying well if you let people own guns then you have to support them owning nuclear bombs, chemical weapons, and biological weapons.

I agree with you.

To change the definition of a social institution in New Zealand gay Members of Parliament told the country & the world their love was not legal in NZ.
But In fact they lied and were in state sanctioned personal relationships that they said they were not allowed.

You do realize same-sex marriage is not a crime in any US state, it's just not permitted or legally recognized in most states?

I never really understood all of the hullabaloo about the CEO of Chick-fil-a not supporting gay marriage. He has a right to his beliefs and opinions just like everybody else. You know how restaurants always have the sign that says "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." What's the difference there?

Can an organization such as Chic-Fil-A establish a business in Canada and refuse to support something they view as evil?

Or, are you all commie pinkos up there in lock step with a socialist ideology? Just curious. Are private citizens setting up private businesses forced to accept things they see as morally reprehensible? Abortion, gay marriage, ad infinitum ... or are they free to disagree?

While KFC is very popular in South Africa, I've never seen a Chick-Fil-A here.

Now, I've heard about tensions between the gay US community and Chick-Fil-A.

However, as far as I knew it was all sorted out.

I mean, even the drag queens who hate the cause love the chicken.

It's one of the few causes where even the enemy endorsed the sizzling food!

Now that must be some darn good food.

I mean just listen to these starving queens:

Gay couples just want to stick it to Christains at this pionts. It's no longer about equal rights. Which they should have as far as laws go. They were giving that in many states with civil unions and rejected it. They want marriage. Only problem is marriage has been between a Man and Woman for prob longer then people have been recording it. They basicly want to # on thousands of years of tradition overnight. Marriage is a cultural aspect of stright people and not gay people.

You really have to wonder about someone when they can't discern the difference between conscenting adults and say, as mentioned above, pedophilia, beastiality, etc..

I also question the idea that if you are infavour of gay rights that this must mean you also must accept 'anything goes'.

The CEO of Chick Filet (I love Chicks by the way!) spoke his views about gay marriage. Does he not have a right to disagree? Oh, I forgot, he doesn't anymore, we have to be politically correct with everything we do.

I shop and spend my money in places that have both views.

I have friends that are gay and love them just as much as ones that aren't gay. I don't approve of gay marriage which is JUST, an opinion of mine, this does not get in the way of my relationships I have with my friends and family. If they want my view or talk about it or anything, I am as honest as they come, you won't change or convince people so don't bother.

The only thing that matters in life, and I hope some of you will figure this out some day before it is too late for you; It is not your guitar collection(but its close!), or your houses, money, cars, IT IS FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
If you let stupid petty things matter more than your relationships with friends and family, its your fault and shame on you. Congrats on your mission to be always right and p_ss others off so you can die lonely!

The company also doesn't do business on Sundays, never has, or does not open their stores on Sundays. That is how most business used to operate, remember!?!
