Geez, just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water. People are just off the hook.

FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (AP) — Gunfire erupted at an apartment complex in a city south of Seattle and five people were shot to death, including a suspect who was shot by arriving officers, police said early Monday.

Officers responding to an emergency call at 9:30 p.m. Sunday at the apartments in Federal Way encountered a chaotic scene, with bullets flying.

Wait there's more

What is happening out there? Three guys are still shooting when the cops arrive. Then all three end up deceased. Cops can't say if it was by their hands or not. Another person dead in the apartment complex and a woman in an apartment. It's the wild wild west, I guess.

Wow, I just read the linked article and am
... The amount of carnage alone - 5 dead- one in parking lot, possibly shot by police but possibly injured before police gunfire, two more in parking lot- article leads us to assume they were dead and not involved in officer fire- which EIGHT officers participated in (for the one already injured suspect??) AND two more dead and in SEPARATE apartments??
Sure a lot going on there that the article gave absolutely NO question to... quite odd, indeed. And sad.
