the first explosion would have shattered the glass into the buildings. the vacuum wave would have spread the glass farther. if you look at the pic the glass is in a neat pile in front of the window..spread out towards the street in front of it. dosent look like a normal blast. maybe because the pressure cooker was more durable perhaps?

You can see a reflection of the police so an internal pane of glass is still there in one side of the window glass could have fallen from above as has been shown also strange things can happen with plate glass shop windows a friend of mines family had a yob throw a house brick about 6 ft from their shop window caused a slight scratch and it didn't smash.
