seriously, i agree there is no need for name-calling and thanks for the reminder

on topic, i still can't stop wondering what propaganda these "criminals" are hearing/getting that would prompt such a response when captured.

There have been thousands of citizens killed because of illegals, many of who were deported and returned countless times over. It's a revolving door. Feel safe?

How could we not be emotional with such a huge problem as illegal immigration? It has negatively affected too many citizen's lives. We are supposed to have laws enforced, instead they pick and choose which ones to enforce. Either we have laws or we don't. If we break a law, we pay the consequences. If an illegal breaks a law, we turn our heads the other way???

I'm with you OP. If you run across the Mexican border illegally they shoot to kill. You run across the US border illegally and you win the lottery. If every other country is going to shoot criminals violating their borders then we need to. Its getting stupid. I hear spanish no matter where I call now. Every service offers spanish. What the heck really? 11 million or 20 million illegals my foot. More like 50 million minimum. Illegals are now the majority here in Texas and several other states. We need to reverse affirmative action we are now the minority.

If the illegals were flooding Canada's healthcare system Canadians would be screaming. Fact is we share a very large border with a very corrupt country that does nothing for its citizens but tell them to run north for free things. Until you have seen your social welfare systems destroyed by these people you wont agree. When I was a kid and we were poor medicaid would actually cover things. Now no one takes it because its been destroyed by illegal immigration. You do not need to be a citizen to get medicaid you simply need to be pregnant. You do not need to be a citizen to get food stamps you simply need to be pregnant. Look it up. You run across the border pregnant and you win the lottery.

You have a baby here and get pregnant again you again win the lottery. Anchor baby loopholes needed to be closed decades ago. But its not just those who have kids here, its those who come here pregnant. They give them free medical care, free food, free housing, a paycheck (TANF). On and on. Why wouldn't they try and sneak in illegally?

You need no SS number to get all these free things. Look at health and human services in your state. If you live in the USA.

Why would I feel afraid? There have been millions of citizens killed by Americans. Fear your neighbor? Or do you only fear him if he's Mexican, or some other form of Latin immigrant?

Good God, if you want open borders, it's an open invitation to pedophiles, murderers, thieves and anyone else who just pops over. We have borders and laws to protect people. What country allows just anyone to come over without a health and background check?

yep and a classic example is a Bahamian friend who is a nurse by trade but comes to the USA to deliver her children (3 so far) then takes them back to the islands.

this way, she gets a paid vacation (from both locations), free medical care, better medical care (by her own words), dual citizenship and multiple 'anchors'.
it's quite a deal.
