Logs reveal someone in Vatican is illegally downloading porn

www.rawstory.com

Someone among the 800 people who live in Vatican City, Rome is pirating heterosexual and transgender pornographic content from the Internet. According to the New York Post, while not many of the residents of the tiny city-state that houses the Pope’s residence are heavy technology users, someone is using bit-torrent to watch pornographic videos, although it is difficult to determine who.

The blog TorrentFreak.com enlisted the aid of anti-piracy service ScanEye to examine the downloading records of the residents of Vatican City. Among crime dramas and detective programs like “Chicago Fir

I hope this newspiece does not violate any rules. This post is not meant to offend anyone. Another scandal for the religious capital of the Christian world, most news portals are publishing it.

I personally, as an atheist, do not see it as that much of a scandal. After all, everybody got needs and also illegal torrent downloading is not very uncommon. I am not voicing my support in it with my previos statement, simply stating a known fact, which statistics show

Although I understand if some religious people might find it as disturbing behaviour.

I don't know why this is surprising since they fund their own pornographic media company...

Denying men a woman is not a good idea. It is better to be married than to burn with passion. God selects a FEW not to be married so they can focus their entire waking hours on service. If a priest wants a woman he should be able to find himself one, IMO.

The Bible has its blessings for those that are married and for those that have no desire for it, but desires only service to God.

I want a wife myself, but I'm not desperate. I am just not into the chasing thing. I guess I live in this fantasy land where God just says, " here, take her, now kiss. Just kidding, you aren't married yet. Peace, going top side." Lol

Probably better than the alternative - which we have heard so much about in recent years...activity (blind eye turned) that has ruined the lives of many...

When Francis said he was the poor people's pope we possibly misheard him. The "porn" people's pope.

Only one person out of 800 in the country (the Vatican was made into a country in 1929) watches porn? The industry would go broke with that percentage. And with so many good clubs and "business people" in Roma you'd think they'd just go out for a few hours. My bet: One of the Swiss guards. They look like a randy lot.

It's official, The Vatican has turned its game up from isolated scandals to Dan Brown "Da Vinci Code"crazy. A simple parental blocker installed on Church wifi/computers could have prevented this.

A parental blocker would have prevented the porn site being accessed, but you don't always need to be blocked to download a porn torrent. You can use a peer to peer blocker to stop from showing up in the list of downloaders seen by the Internet providers.

Are you implying the Vatican is fluent enough with the workings of the Internet to retrieve tranny porn via the file-sharing, torrent hosting websites that go against the Commandment "Thou Shall Not Steal"?

Really? I thought the first question would have been, "Above or under age?"

Yes, yes I am.

Isn't all porn stolen nowadays. If you didn't pay to watch it, isn't it technically stolen and uploaded without permission from distributors anyway?
